Welcome to Jacta! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android devices, as well as any related services provided by Jacta("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jactashall not be liable for:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

- Any defects will be corrected.
- The App is free from viruses or harmful components.
